Cancellation Policies
At The Brow Connection, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to all clients and therapists, the following policy applies to all bookings.
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If more than 48 hours’ notice is provided, your deposit will be converted to a credit on your file. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited and is not transferable.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in 100% of the full service fee being charged to the card stored on your booking profile. Future appointments will require full prepayment.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or adjusted to fit the remaining time. In this case, your deposit may be forfeited, a late arrival fee may apply, and the full service fee may still be charged.
A 10% surcharge applies to all Sunday appointments.
By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and authorise The Brow Connection to charge your stored payment method in accordance with this policy where applicable.
